Red Oaks RV Park (RORVP) Community Standards and Guidelines
Happy Camping Policies:
Speed Limit 5 MPH throughout the park.
Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
USA or military service flags permitted only (no political flags, signs or banners).
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior. Children twelve (12) and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Dumpster is picked up weekly on Tuesdays. Trash permitted in your RV or dumpster only.
Maximum of 2 vehicles (excluding RV) per site unless approved by Owner. Day Visitor parking is available near the Office or the Dumpster.
No Clotheslines.
Guests must remain on their reserved site or in public areas – do NOT drive, walk, or otherwise infringe upon any other site, occupied or not.
Commercial sales activities are not permitted in or from the Park. This includes the solicitation of others on Park property.
Use of generators is only permitted in the event of a power outage.
RORVP does not offer a bathhouse. All RVs must have their own indoor, self-contained full bathroom (no outside showers or toilets permitted on sites).
Guests agree to rent an RV Site (and no bailment is created thereby), on which is to be placed, entirely at Guest’s risk, recreational vehicles which are 10 years or newer or by approval of RORVP.
Site Rent is due on the 1st of every month. After the 5th of the month, a late fee of $25 will apply. Electric metering is billed at $0.12-0.14/kWh. A $50.00 deposit for electricity is due at time of reservation.
Guests agree to give a 30 day departure notice.
Storage Sheds are only available on selected sites and require owner approval. They must be a maximum of 8×8 feet and prefabricated.
Safety & Liability:
Our guests agree to abide by all Community Standards and Guidelines and understand that a violation will constitute termination of this agreement.
Guests agree to carry their own liability insurance. RORVP cannot be held responsible for loss of any kind. This is a mutually understood agreement that releases RORVP from any and all liability.
Guests are responsible for keeping their RV in good material and visual condition and if advised by management to change something, agree in good faith to do so promptly.
RORVP site fees only cover use of the property for the guests registered on that site.
RORVP reserves the right to revoke camping privileges at our discretion. Failure to abide by the community standards, rules and regulations will result in revocation of camping privileges. Guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
RORVP and/or management is not responsible for any loss or damages caused by fires, floods, windstorms, natural disasters, theft, accident, vandalism, negligence, loss of electricity, communicable diseases, or acts of God.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Possession of weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. while outside of a personal camper or vehicle is not permitted on the property.
RORVP will not tolerate illegal, irresponsible, vulgar or disrespectful actions, activities or language. Any of these, or any additional behavior determined to be dangerous or indecent, will result in a warning and/or removal from the property without a refund. We operate under innkeepers’ laws and have first right of refusal. Uncooperative guests may be removed by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department.

Mail & Deliveries:
Mail and packages for guests may be picked up on the front porch of the Office Barn in the designated boxes/bins. RORVP is not responsible for packages and mail.
Guest mail should be addressed as follows:
Your Full Name, 4882 High Falls Road, Jackson GA 30233RORVP does not offer mail forwarding services.
Pets:
Animals must be on a leash at all times outside of your RV (except for Dog Park).
No pets can be left unattended outside of your RV.
Use of RORVP Dog Park constitutes waiver of any and all liability on the part of RORVP. RORVP is not responsible for any animals or occurrences that occur at the dog park or any other part of the property. Use of RORVP Dog Park is at each Guest’s own risk.
Camp Fires:
All Campfires must be in approved fire rings. Do not move existing fire rings from their designated location.
NEVER leave a fire unattended and always extinguish completely.
Only wood should be burned in fire rings. Fire rings may not be used to dispose of cans, bottles, food, cigarettes, or trash.
